White Flowing Sadra

White Flowing Sadra:

A collection of original love songs to the Divine in the form of Meher Baba inspired by Irish, French, North Indian Classical, Persian and Pakistani ghazals, New Zealand, Scottish, Russian, and other international composers and singers. Karen's songs are accompanied by bansuri flute, guitar, piano, tabla, and tanpoura.

Ghazals of Francis:

Francis Brabazon was an Australian poet who lived in India with Meher Baba. Karen sings his English poetry to classical ragas, Gaelic aires, and gypsy melodies. Francis said, " [Meher] Baba taught me a poetical form capable of expressing all the shades of the impossible relationships of lover and Beloved. The ghazal form has not existed in English before."
