Bill attended Duke University, Nth. Carolina.

He lived for many decades at a large apartment on Quail Street, Albany and held regular Meher Baba meetings including with both Darwin & Jeanne Shaw before they moved to Myrtle Beach, SC.

Book published posthumously in both English & French languages in 2025. 

 

Bill had written a story called Rustle back in the 80's.

 

Armelle Lefebvre was given permission by Bill prior to his passing to take on the book project, translating the tale into French and illustrating it with my drawings and watercolors. It took me two years and a lot of help on both sides of the ocean to bring this project to a successful completion.
