Rue Git-le-Coeur, Paris, France
For a short time in 1936, Baba lived in this house in Paris. facing the Seine, belonging to Consuelo and Fredo Sides, at 1 Rue Git Le Coeur, which curiously, translated into English, means, "There lies the heart. " (Notice the heart flowering on the right side of the engraving.) It was drawn by Roger Vieillard, well-known Parisian artist and husband of Anita Vieillard. Both met Baba in the early 30’s.
