Meher Baba 1st visited Lausanne was on 17th July 1934, travelling from Zurich, Switzerland to Marseilles, France. This would have been a brief stop before resuming his journey to Geneva.

The 2nd time Meher Baba visited Lausaunne was on 18th August 1952, whilst driving through the city on his way to Geneva from Locarno.
